Alison Francis is also known as Anandi. In 2007, during her transformative journey in India, she was given her spiritual name Anandi, meaning ‘in bliss,’ by Dr. Yogrishi Vishvketu.
With over three decades of experience in the wellness industry, Alison is a seasoned wellbeing influencer. As a yoga teacher and trainer, she specialises in breathwork, harnessing the breath’s transformative power to nurture wellbeing.
Her mastery in breathwork was further deepened through intensive training with her Himalayan Master, Dr. Yogrishi Vishvketu, enriching her journey as a master breathwork facilitator.
Alison’s expertise transcends breathwork; she is also an Ayurvedic wellbeing coach specialising in sleep deprivation, stress, and exhaustion. Additionally, she holds certifications as an NLP practitioner and Chopra meditation teacher.

Passionate about sharing her knowledge, Alison guides fellow teachers in integrating breathwork into their practices and classes.
